Are your items in your product pages in stock items?

Most of the items in our products page are in stock items. Please contact an account executive to confirm which items we carry in stock and their availability.

What is the minimum order quantity for your in stock items?

Minimum order quantity for the stocked items is 25 units. Minimum order quantity for the Beacon Light is 50 units blank 100 units imprinted.

Can you imprint a logo on the items you carry in stock?

Yes, most all of our items we carry we can imprint your client's logo.

Will SVS be bringing in new items to add to their current line of products?

Yes, we are constantly looking for new items to add to our growing product line, so please check back on our web site frequently.

What are the terms when ordering a product from overseas?

Terms are 30% due before production and 70% due once the product has left the port and original Bill of lading has been processed.

We will do whatever is necessary to deliver the items you need in the most efficient way possible, but without neglecting quality. How long will it usually take to receive a quote?

We will do our very best to get your quote back to you within 48 hours. IF it is a detail quote and is very custom it may take longer. If it does take longer that just means we are working hard to get you the best possible price.

Who handles the shipping from China to the U.S.? Do I need to find a broker to handle the logistics?

SVS handles all the logistics for you, all of the documents and customs clearance. We will take care of the shipping of your product from our factory to your door.

I have a sample that I would like made overseas how do you quote this?

We can give you a tentative quote based on your pictures and your detail information. Then once our factory has the sample we will then be able to give you a firm quote for the product.

Who covers the cost to ship a sample overseas?

Our clients being you the client cover all sample shipping cost.

Who covers the cost of the samples if I want to see one from the factory?

You the client cover all shipping cost and sample cost itself. Your rep at SVS will let you know all cost before hand.

If I need to drop ship my products to our client can you do this?

Yes given all the right information we can drop ship your product for you to your client office.

How long does a quoted price last?

30 days from dated quote.

Can I make changes to my order after the P.O. has been placed?

We will make every effort to make any changes you request, but limitations will apply. Changes to molds, product size, logos, material and composition cannot be changed if the factory has started production.
